HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

In order to see long lasting results & create the necessary lifestyle habits we recommend committing to the Jacked & Capable Program for at least 90 days. However, the program is constantly progressing & therefore it is definitely suitable for much longer. Additionally, if you want to commit to an initial 30 day period, we guarantee you will also see positive results in your bodies capabilities & how you look.

WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?

We will be using a flexible dieting approach. We will guide you on the necessary nutritional strategy to harbour the best results alongside your training program. We will help you to get to a level where you understand food, your personal needs & intuitively are eating well to fuel appropriately.


DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?

You will be provided with a personalised training program that will include 4 training days per week. This is essential to see the full results of the program. However, there will also be other add-on mobility/flexibility routines available for when you want additional input.

WHAT DO I NEED WHEN I GET STARTED?

Access to a gym with the necessary equipment for the program. However we can also provide immediate alternatives for suitable exercise selection when required.
